Efficiency Award

1. a mission statement and a set of goals.
2. written evidence of having worked toward the mission and goals.

3. a publicity/public relations chair who is actively engaged in sending notices of meetings and council activities to local news media and local school publicity organizations. Proof of publicity will be a basis for determining completion of this goal.

4. invited one or more state officers to attend and/or speak at a council meeting.

5. at least two local council officers/designees in attendance at the state leadership meeting.

6. forty 3-hole punched copies of the upcoming year’s council calendar. These are to be presented to the participants of the state leadership meeting.

7. Submitted at least one article, by deadline, to the WIRETAP.

8. The IRA Report of council Officers, for the coming year, sent to the WSRC/IRA State Coordinator, no later than April 15. The report will be filled out in full, noting number of local council members and the officer’s membership numbers, in the proper place on the form. If an officer has recently joined and does not have a number, please note.
